Our flagship offering is the creation and directing of cooperative mining partnerships called Income Optimization Pools. Nested within IOPs are multiple value drivers received by miners. 

Bitcoin Miners. At the moment we are only serving Private Bitcoin Miners domiciled in the United States. We have plans to expand to serve Bitcoin Miners in other jurisdictions in 2025. 

We partner with an institutional hashrate clearinghouse that also underwrites our hashrate contracts ensuring the delivery of assets to all parties partaking in the arrangement. 

A shared-custody model is employed using institutional multi-sig solutions. All partners of IOPs are private key holders.
